As a director, I strive to bring the core emotions and tenets of a piece to life, whether the piece is being created for the first time, or being revived for the thousandth. I strongly believe that “the devil is in the details,” and I collaborate with my writers, actors, and design teams to create specificity and nuance in all of our departments. I aim to create productions that bring out the best in the cast and creative team, that are greater than the sum of our individual artistic parts, and that ultimately resonate with the audience.
